Do you have any Indian address?

  1. Yes [If yes then give address proof]
  2. No
  • If Yes then you will need to provide some address proof for the same
  • If No, then you will not be able to open a Trading A/c in India. As per SEBI and Exchange rules, you can open a trading account only if you have a residence in India

Do you have a NRE/NRO bank A/C?

  1. Yes
  2. No
  • If Yes, Will need proof of account and/or letter from bank confirming NRE / NRO a/c
  • If No, You need to open a new NRE/NRO a/c (preferably with Bank Of India, HDFC Bank or UTI Bank)

Need to give Power of Attorney to an Indian Resident:

  • Power Of Attorney holder’s photo And address proof (Government Authorized Proof e.g. Passport, drivers license, pan card, voters card)
  • Bearer of Power Of Attorney’s photo and address proof (Government Authorized Proof e.g. Passport, drivers license, pan card, voters card)

Do you have a Pan Card?

  1. Yes
  2. No
  • If Yes – You will need to submit a photo copy duly signed
